It’s true the dress can make the bride, but there is also a lot of planning that goes into accessories and little details to complete a bridal look. From jewelry, wedding flowers to your hairstyle, everything comes into play. With the right planning and considerations everything will come together and make your look.
We’ve been talking a lot about summer weddings the past couple of weeks, now in full June bride season. There’s been talk of summer wedding trends and popular wedding flower choices for the season but what’s this year’s buzz when it comes to wedding hair trends? Kristin Hull from bridalbuzz.magazine.com gives us the “Scoop on Summer Bridal Hair Trends” with a couple of tips.
As a whole Kristin says, “This summer’s bridal hair trends are the epitome of femininity and romance. Think flowers, braids and big soft curls.” She suggests using using a hair accessory to look for “flowers that match or complement the wedding colors.”
Wedding flowers are a beautiful way to complement your bridal hairstyle. They can be incorporated into up dos, braids or tucked into a few strands of loose locks if you choose to leave your hair down. Make sure any flowers used as hair accessories match your wedding flower bouquet and arrangements. You don’t have to get too matchy just pull a little inspiration from your bridal bouquet that way your whole look will mesh. If you’re making your own DIY bridal bouquets use leftover flowers to attach to a hair clip or pin. Wedding flowers on a head band are adorable for your flower girl who will also feel special having her own custom accessory.
