” Hello! My name is Bre and I’m marrying my best friend on June 12, 2010. Im running a little behind schedule and am beginning to feel trapped under all of the pressure from not having decided on flowers yet. I picked an ivory dress without taking the main colors of my wedding into consideration. I wanted canary yellow and gray. Now, im not so sure gray suits will even look good against my ivory dress. Or if ivory will even look good with yellow. I know if I can have flowers to tie of of these together, maybe I can still have my dream colors. Thanks so much!”
Bre, I think the wedding colors you hav chosen will look perfectly fine together — in fact, they are a very beautiful combination. For the flowers, you may want to create the bouquets using only ivory and yellow colored flowers. Bring in the gray by adding gray accents such as eucalyptus (greenery), and a silver gray satin ribbon wrapped around the bouquet stems. You could even use a gray floral container for your centerpieces! I hope this board will help show you how the all the softer colors you have chosen work well together!
