“Hi I’m getting married on December 4, 2010 and I’m in desperate need of help to determine what kind of wedding flowers to use. My wedding colors are grey and pink. I was wondering if you could help me by putting together an inspiration board for me to give me an idea of what flowers I might use. If you could be of assistance it is greatly appreciated.
Bell, I created your inspiration board with flowers in fuchsia and pink as well as added grey accents. I think a nice mix of pinks will look beautiful with the pewter dresses. For the bouquets, why not make them using pink roses, fuchsia orchids, and fuchsia pink hydrangeas. You can then accent the bouquet with grey pussy willow branches and silver ribbon around the bouquet stems. For the centerpieces, you can use the phalaenopsis orchids, perhaps just a few tall stems in tall, thin glass vases (a smoked grey would be gorgeous), surrounded with votive candles. You could also use the orchid blooms to decorate the table tops, aisle, make the boutonnieres, and even use them as hair pieces! I hope this helps give you some ideas!
