Purple Woodland Wedding Flowers ~ Amy’s Inspiration Board

{Amy’s Request}
I will be getting married in April 2014 and would love bouquet or centerpiece ideas. It is going to be a barn wedding with a woodland feel, and I’d love to have a lot of texture and greenery in the florals (ferns, sprays). The main colors will be purple, magenta, ivory, and green, which I know is a little bright for spring! But we live in the south, so things naturally get bright that time of year. :) Thank you!

Hi! I have a  wedding coming up right the start of September. The wedding with be garden/outdoor and I’ve decided to go for very neutral earthy to  cream/champagne and bronze/chocolate kind of colors. My bridesmaids are wearing champagne cream colored dresses with a bronze waist ribbon. I was wondering what kind of bouquet would match them best and also myself.

I love your blog! I’m now convinced to do silk flowers for my wedding! I was concerned about how much it was going to cost me just to do bridal bouquet when talking with florists!  I love ranunculus, poppies, dahlias, succulents, orchids, eucalyptus, and the variety of textures of the first picture. The wedding will be in the mountains and the reception will be in a rustic barn. I want to have twisting willow branches in my centerpieces. And I love the centerpieces you made with the grapevine balls and dahlia heads. Thanks!

Hi! I love your blog! I’m a new bride to be and planning on doing my own flowers – but I don’t even know where to start!! I’m having an October wedding in a Scottish castle (in a marquee in the grounds) and will be having a rustic/Autumn/vintage feel to the day with a bit of a nod to the season. My girls will be in dark forest green and I’ll be in an ivory lace dress. I would like to use gorgeous deep vibrant autumn shades and a mixture of bloom sizes and foliage and for the flowers to have a slightly undone look but still look sophisticated. I hope I’m not asking too much!
