Fall Wedding Flowers ~ Erin’s Inspiration Board

Erin writes: I am getting married October 11. I am having troubles finding flowers for the bouquets. My dress is ivory. The color theme is plum, so I want to incorporate the fall rustic colors. I really would love the white rose and eggplant dahlia in the bouquet, but having troubles figuring out other flowers in yellow and orange as well as any greenery and or berries to use to finish it all off. I look forward to your suggestions.

We are getting married in September of 2015. We are on a budget but are looking to add rustic touches to our wedding. Our colors are watermelon and persimmon (like a burnt orange). I LOVE the Fall colors and look of Fall flowers! I love lilies and roses, but am really open to any ideas!

Our colors are a plum/eggplant, with accents of vibrant green, and pops of red, yellow, and orange. I want the bouquets to be fall-ish, but not to mismatch the overall nature theme. I have no idea what I’m doing in terms of flowers, though. I don’t know flower names or anything, so I’m kind of lost. I do not like roses, sadly.

I love your blog! I’m now convinced to do silk flowers for my wedding! I was concerned about how much it was going to cost me just to do bridal bouquet when talking with florists!  I love ranunculus, poppies, dahlias, succulents, orchids, eucalyptus, and the variety of textures of the first picture. The wedding will be in the mountains and the reception will be in a rustic barn. I want to have twisting willow branches in my centerpieces. And I love the centerpieces you made with the grapevine balls and dahlia heads. Thanks!
