Tiffany’s Wine and Pearl Wedding Inspiration Board

Tiffany writes:
“Hello my name is Tiffany and I am getting married Oct 8 this year and have no idea what flowers would go with my bridesmaids dresses. Please help! Thanks so much.

My colors are wine and pearl but would love feedback if there is another color that goes well with wine. :)”

Tiffany, I created your inspiration board with flowers in a pink tone (that is very close to the wine dresses), cream, and pinks. I personally think a light pink mixed with cream/pearl and wine looks amazing. So soft and romantic! An idea for your bouquets would be to create them using pink peonies, raspberry ranunculus, lilac apple blossoms, and cream roses. Add the pearl hanging sprays for a gorgeous accent. I hope this helps!

Leah’s Bright Fall Wedding Flower Inspiration Board

Leah writes:
“This will be a fall wedding, but I don’t necessarily want “fall” flowers. I am also looking for tall reception centerpieces, these can have a fall theme.”

Leah, I love the idea of having a fall wedding, but incorporating some brighter colors in the mix as well. The combination of the orange, pink, and green is amazing! I created your inspiration board with these colors in different flower types. Any combination of these will look beautiful made into bouquets and centerpieces. For the centerpieces, since you are using tall containers, you could always add in a longer, hanging flower to drape down the sides. Check out this hanging bush for example: AF-SLK-FBP046-OR/TT. I hope this helps give you some ideas!

Natasha’s Horizon Blue, Orange, and Purple Inspiration Board

Natasha writes:
“Hi, my name is Natasha Madding, and I am getting married June 26, 2010! I came across this website and I am curious as to what kind of ideas you can present me with. Colors that I would like to incorporate are orange, blues, purples. Also I am doing an outside wedding with the theme “sunset”. So maybe that will give you some ideas for your ideas! I cant wait to see the final outcome. Thank you so much.
Natasha”

Natasha, what a great color palette — so bright and fun!!! I created your inspiration board with various flower types in purples, blues, and oranges. The orange next to the blue and purple really stand out and look beautiful! I think your wedding flower arrangements would look fantastic made up of orange dahlia, orange and purple gerbera daisies, and blue hydrangeas. Wrap a colored ribbon around the bouquet stems and accent that with opposite colored pins to really make it “pop.” I hope you like your board!

Hope’s Sangria, Kelly Green, and Champagne Inspiration Board

Hope writes:
“My wedding is in April and my wedding consultant is having a problem finding artificial flowers in sangria color. My colors are sangria, kelly green, and champagne.
Can someone please help me?”

Hope, we have some violet flowers that are very, very close to the sangria colored dresses. I think these will work perfectly for you. I created your inspiration board with flowers in violet as well as green and ivory. I think the bouquets would look beautiful made up of green bells of ireland, champagne or ivory roses, and the violet gerbera daisies and rose buds. I hope this helps you out!

Kalau’s Orange, Red, and Yellow Inspiration Board

Kalau writes:
“Aloha,
I was hoping that you could help me with the colors of my centerpieces and also those of the bouquets (bride and bridesmaids). I am getting married in Hawaii April 16, 2011. I was trying to come up with a color scheme that would not clash with the dresses of the bridesmaids. I was thinking something with red, orange, yellow, a little purple and maybe even a hint of lime green or a hint of purple and a little lime green. I am open to suggestions.
Mahalo-
Kalau”

Kalau, I create your board using the three main colors of the wedding that you wanted, I also added in the lime green and purple accents. I think that if you created your bouquet simply using the gerbera, and spider gerbera daisies it would look gorgeous. Since you have several colors it might be best to stick with the same flowers so the bouquets and center pieces are not too “busy”. Why not make the bouquet with red and orange traditional gerberas, and use the spider gerbera in yellow. You could also add in one or two of the lime green spider gerberas, and a couple of the purple traditional gerbera’s as the accent. You could also use curly ting in red and/or purple to add a bit of dimension to your bouquet. I hope this helps you to make a decision!
