Leah’s Fuchsia & Purple Beach Destination Wedding Inspiration

Leah writes:
My wedding is May 1, 2012 in St. Pete Beach Florida. We live in Iowa and my fiance is from Dothan, Alabama, so we always said we would have it somewhere on the beach, as we take trips to the ocean every year. Our wedding is going to be simple and chic – and everyone will be barefoot in the sand for the ceremony! Our colors are jewel tones. The bridesmaids dresses are Horizon blue. I have found I love it with rich purple, fuschia, pink, and white accents. The ceremony and celebration in Florida will have only about 30 people in attendance, but I still want it to look amazing and not cheap or loosely thrown together. I love all flowers, and I am finding it hard to find any flowers that fit in with my theme of jewel tones. I also don’t want to buy real flowers because I am going to be in Florida for a week and will be flying and not able to take them with me!! I don’t want any peacock themed things…that is all I can find for the colors I want though! I just want it to be chic and beachy/tropical wonderful!!!

Leah, how exciting that you are planning a destination wedding in Florida.  I found just the amazing bouquet inspiration you were looking for from the knot featuring Fuchsia Pink Orchids, Peonies, Roses & Zinnias and Purple Snapdragons & Orchids.  We also have several Premade Bouquets that would coordinate perfectly with your color scheme.  Happy Planning, Mindy
