Sometimes, when your working with artificial flowers, the bouquet will look lush and full, but the stems are lacking. Compliment your beautiful bouquet with a full base of stems.
After you are happy with your final bouquet look, trim the longer stems down so that they are all the same size. Gather the leftover stems together.
In one hand, bundle together your bouquet and the leftover stems. Use a rubber band to secure the leftover stems to the bouquet stems.
Trim the leftover stems, using wire cutters, so that all of the stems are even. Wrap with floral tape.
Finish your bouquet with a beautiful ribbon. This will hide the floral tape and give your bouquet a polished and beautiful look. For more bouquet wrapping ideas, check out the Three Ways To Wrap A Bouquet post.
