“My daughter is getting married December 19, 2009. We keep going back over her flower selections and I think she’s just done making decisions, so I’m trying to come up with suggestions.
She likes simple, classy designs, her dress is champagne, the bridesmaid dresses are claret and her accent color is chocolate brown. We are using the kind of ice theme with crystal tree centerpieces and candles. She loves calla lilies which we used in the pew markers and also hydrangeas in deep red and brown shades. Need ideas on the bouquets and what other flowers we can use.
Thank You
Vicki”
Vicki, I created your inspiration board with flowers in reds, brown, and even a hint of ivory to match the champagne dress. I made sure to include a deep red hydrangea and a few different colored calla lilies. I also included a few other flower types that will match the callas and hydrangeas well — a ranunculus and a burgundy peony (which is one of my favorites). Why not make the bouquets with the burgundy peonies, burgundy hydrangea, brown ranunculus, and the red and cream calla lilies. To finish it off you can add a burgundy ribbon and ivory pins. I hope this helps!
