My husband is stationed in San Diego, so we had the fun challenge of planning our Minneapolis wedding remotely.   It would have been really hard to coordinate with a florist to achieve the exact look we were going for, so I was thrilled when I realized that I could achieve the exact look I wanted by using Afloral and personally selecting each flower.

I featured peonies, dahlias and succulents in the bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces, with shades of pink and peach to contrast against the light blue bridesmaids dresses.

Our wedding was inside a magical glass dome on top of the Millennium Hotel in Minneapolis.   I wanted to have an indoor-outdoor feel and the natural light brought out the vibrancy of the flowers.

I also created a 2-foot tall floral letter monogram for our seating card table, and our guests loved it!  This floral letter was the caveat to my business, Begonia Rose Co., where I create silk floral letters, mobiles, and chandeliers for weddings and nurseries.

Using Afloral for our wedding was one of our best wedding-planning decisions.  It gave us peace of mind and an amazing value that didn’t compromise our vision.
